This is a rare find in a book, it was beatifully written. The characters were real, and I fell in love with them, you really felt their pain, love and losses. This is one of the best books I have ever read!! The story left me wanting to do something to help my fellow man! Great book must read!!! |

Based on the story of Hosea, this is the woeful song of a beautiful child who became the victim of unspeakable abuse. The child grows into a beautiful woman who has no concept of freedom, independence or normalcy. It's also the story of a man with deep faith and seemingly unlimited love who's willing to follow God's will through rejection and pain. The tale itself was extremely satisfying but I took away something more...something special in the "prayer box" and I will keep that idea and use it always. This one is a keeper. |
